Who we are and the history of our company
The Referrals Agency started life as sales outsourcing company. We have always worked with small and medium sized businesses. After some time we realised that we had developed relationships with other businesses in multiple sectors and referring our clients to these businesses brought about even more ‘wins’ for everyone than we originally thought.
The pivot was made and now we work to help the small and independent businesses tackle the rough terrains of business. By streamlining the way businesses work, we are able to cut waste, develop systems and increase sales. Our clients benefit from our vast experience and knowledge of business. The innovative way we still use word-of-mouth, means we can focus more of our attention on you, our client.

We consider small, local and independent businesses to be the backbone of the economy. Our whole purpose therefore is to support these businesses, see them grow and give even more back to society. Our vision is to utilise the power of word-of-mouth to help and promote businesses leading to healthier local economies, a better society and positively changed lives for all.
